Trip Rules

All drivers to be assessed or completed a club approved training day every two years
All vehicles must comply with Ministry of Transport regulations
Vehicle tyres must be no larger than 33inch diameter (Unless supplied as standard by manufacturer).
Suitable footwear should be worn by everyone on the trip.
Suitable clothing should be available for the situations that may be encountered on the trip.
Trip leader is in control of stops, meals, etc
Alcohol may be consumed in moderation only at the end of days driving - 4WD vehicles and drinking are a dangerous combination
All rubbish, bottles and cans must be carried away.
No guns to be taken on any trip except without permission from the trip organizers.
Dogs, if allowed by trip organizer, must be kept on a lead.
Passengers are to be instructed by drivers (members) that the Club rules must be followed.
Children and bystanders must be kept clear of vehicles and strained wire and ropes at vehicle recoveries. Parents will be held responsible.
Allow room for faster traffic to pass safely.
Safety of persons must come above all else.
Gates - the vehicle immediately following the Trip Leader shall be responsible for the opening & closure of any gate encountered.
Avoid unnecessary damage to tracks, crop or property.
